Future Use of AI to Automate finding Internships for Students with Workscan

Workscan is set to Release in April 2022 to Help Many Education Bodies

If we haven't learned anything from the pandemic when we are talking about the new generation of college kids that will soon join the workforce, it's that many corporations are learning fast that open vacancies for career positions and internships will remain unfilled if the traditional mindset of recruiting and attracting new talent remains. We are finding that more than half of the educational body are still using pen and paper to connect remarkable students with potential employers that either result in a dead-end lead due to the saturation of competition among other peers wanting the job or internship or simply just unfit for the personality, interest level, and skill level of the recruit.

Workscan's CEO Ioannis Antypas took the time to sit down with The Transform U Live Show's podcast host, Marcus Hart to express how he is addressing these endless cycles of concerns because of the outdated way employers, education bodies, and college recruits are connected to match the best candidate for the perfect job or internship.

"Workscan would of helped many college students if it was available when COVID started..."
Ioannis Antypas, Workscan CEO

Mr. Antypas described Workscan as an AI-powered industrial placement portal that helps students find placements and internships using automation. What's impressive about the portal is that it will feature countless categories and sub-categories of industries to help that student land the best career. It is so easy and user-friendly that many will wonder if there are major concerns with using it as the AI is learning so much about the user. Ioannis said that Workscan's team of developers has took every security measure necessary to protect the privacy and data of its users to remain compliant with the EU GDPR rules and regulations.

Workscan is empowering employers to be able to help students test out the job before an official hire happens. This is a win-win for both the students and the employers as it helps with filtering out individuals who don't pan out and also helps the student build their resumes.

If Workscan was created before COVID, more students would have found more remote jobs, jobs that they enjoy, and be able to reverse the mental health strains that the pandemic impacted many with.
