Me, the beautiful souls, ever wondered how the whirlwind of today's news can actually feel, well, give you the gasoline, let's say it like that, your spirit and also your smile. Well, buckle up because today we're blending headlines, humor and hope to transform your understanding of wellness and much, more. The show where we mix headlines and lots of laughter to make you feel.
like your funny bone is about to break off with a dash of hope and inspiration. I'm your host today and we got something extra special and nutritious for you and nope, it's not just an apple. We're diving into the exciting world of personalized nutrition with more top headlines on the way.
Marcus Hart (01:14)
Hello, my people, my people, my people. I'm Marcus R. This is the TransformE Live show. Now, before you roll your eyes and think this is just another kale banana smoothie spill, stick around. Who knew personalized nutrition could be as engaging as a game of Bible trivia? Spoiler, it involves more than just toting up a basket of heavily grains. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. So.
Here's the scoop, or should I say, here's the spoonful of truth. The personalized nutrition market is booming. Hallelujah. It's projected to grow at an inspiring rate. Kind of like that miraculous five loaves and two fish story, feeding the whole mock-a-tools of people out there. But instead of just fish, we're talking customized vitamins, personal meal plans, and maybe a fish oil supplement or two.
Well, this topic isn't just passing the trend. Friends, it's a divine knowledge, a whisper from above reminding us to care for the remarkable temples that are, you know, our bodies. Remember, 1 Corinthians 6 and 19 says, it tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. So why not flourish them with the best nutrition?
Let's think of this as a sturtly act. Think about it like Jesus at the temple. Only instead of chasing out money changers, we're swapping out junk food for wholesome and divine nutrition. The aim here is to foster well-being, longevity, and spiritual clarity. After all, it's hard to hear divine wisdom over the grumble of an unhappy gut. Am I right?
Now, don't get me wrong. Nobody's saying you have to become a tofu totem health guru overnight. Start small, like a single mustard seed-sized steps. Here's an idea. Imagine you sit down at a dinner table and, just like manna from heaven, a nutritionally balanced plate mirroring your personal dietary needs appears before you.
fresh fruits, vibrant veggies, lean proteins, a sweet little miracle, minus the angelic choir.
This week, why not embark on a journey of personalized nutrition? Start small.
Listeners, listen to me. Sincerely and seriously, draw up manageable, not you, Siri, but you guys. Siri's wanna talk to me today, but you guys for sure, draw up a manageable nutrition, nutritious plan just for you. I want you to think of it as an epistle of love to your future self. One field with.
viral fatality and less of last week's french fries. And here's a soul-stripping thought. Pair your new plan with a week of health-focused devotions. It's like your spirit and your cells calling a truce over kale smoothies and daily reflections. Remember, each step you take is not just a commitment to health but a spiritual reaffirmation of your worthiness to be nourished in body,
in soul. So go forth victorious nutrition warriors for the battle is not just of the waste but of faith are with some mustard seeds or kale seeds or seaweed what have you in one hand and scripture in the other. You're ready to transform your life.
We want to end on a high note with this particular segment. We promise more laughs and more insights and more spiritual nourishment for the modern soul. Don't forget to subscribe, share, and remember it's all about feeding your body and your spirit. So what are you waiting for?
Marcus Hart (05:33)
Hey, wonderful people, we're diving into segment two of today's episode. And just in the previous episode, I tripped up because Siri wanted to butt into my conversation. But that's another story. This is the Transforming You Live show that's transforming the world for you with your boy, your host, Marcus Hart. I'm your guide on this transformative journey. Today, we're talking TikTok. Now, this is a follow up from the last week's episode that we did. Make sure you check that out.
You know, we have that somewhere in the episode description so you can reference back to what's really going on if you are living under a roof. Yes, that's right. That app that has been scrolling before you even say good morning to anyone else. So they're saying TikTok might get banned. And some folks are more scared by this news than by a Sunday service lasting more than two hours. But hey, let's all wander together for a moment.
What does this mean for our digital world and our beloved self-expression? Now, don't get me wrong. I love a good cat video or a dance challenge as much as the next guy, but what if this digital pause is actually a blessing in disguise? Perhaps the Lord is whispering to you and to me saying, this is it. It's time we reconnect with the real world outside of our screens and within our souls. Think about it.
What if stepping back from TikTok is the first step in a cha-cha towards spiritual devotion and inner peace? The dance we might actually need right now. Back in the day, we used to call it at the Holy Ghost dance. This TikTok situation has us all in a digital dilemma. Are we so plugged in into our screens that we should be disconnected and
Is this causing the disconnect that we see in our very own lives and the divine that is around us? We all can relate to moments where we get lost in endless growing. mean, man, mean, seriously, how many of us have watched a life hack video only to never apply it in real life?
So here's a thought, hear me out for a second. Why don't we use this opportunity for digital detox? Let's take a tech pause and trade those 15 second clips for something much more deep. One day, let's focus on prayer, reflection, and community service. It's time to turn those notifications down people and turn our spiritual value right up, straight up to heaven. Picture this.
one whole day without TikTok. You know, it sounds something revolutionary. It sounds very, yai yai yai. But I promise nobody ever suffered a wifi withdrawal on their way to spiritual enlightenment. Visualize beginning of morning with a heartfelt prayer instead of a smartphone screen, followed by reaching out to help someone in your neighborhood. Checking on that elderly neighborhood.
or volunteer at a local shelter. Trust me, I have volunteered many times. The likes you receive will be way more fulfilling and spiritually rewarding than what you think you're getting already. So, beautiful souls, instead of fear what a possible band might take away, let's embrace what it offers. It's time to realign with God, ourselves, and our communities. Let's transform this digital disruption into a
real divine opportunity. Remember, in a TikTok of eternity, it's the meaningful connections and moments that truly count. Not the 60 seconds dances, although they are quite funny and quite thrilling. You know, let's really get to what really matters and counts. So now we'll take a break for our first sponsor and we will be right back.
Marcus Hart (09:30)

Okay, we back after that fun sponsor shout out. So, you know me of course, and I'm going to repeat myself again, but this is Marcus Hart. I'm Marcus Hart, your fellow traveler on this great adventure called life. Today we're celebrating milestones people. That's what this segment is all about. And speaking of which, have you heard that the Mahomes family has welcomed a new little quarterback into the world? Yes, ladies and gents.
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes have added a new Clare to their team. I hear the babies already negotiating sippy cup endorsements and all that other stuff. But jokes aside though, jokes aside, new life truly is one of the greatest expressions of God's blessings and the joys found in family. What a heartwarming reminder of 127 number of Psalms, verse three, children are a gift from the Lord. They are a reward.
from him. And I must got a lot of gifts and lot of rewards that God has given me because I got seven kids. Yes, seven kids. Now, Mouthstones themselves, they are like these divine bookmarks that we find in stories that is really part of our lives. They remind us of God's grace and goodness. And while the Mahomes family is really sucking in all these sweet blessings that's coming in.
It should profit us and it should profit us and it really, really should profit us to consider our own job. Now, let's talk about your story dear listener. What has God placed along your path? What milestones, they full of joy or challenging, have shaped and guided you? I don't want you to overshadow the quiet victories that sometimes
are a part of our lived experiences that we sometimes sleep over the rug, know, over the rug or under the rug, however that may come to you. I want you to celebrate them all. As in Romans 8.28 says, reminds us most importantly in all things God works for the good of those who love him. And speaking of stories, we want to alter the trajectory a bit. I was reading this boxing article, but somehow
It seemed the pull of disappearing act faster than Houdini. Okay. I guess both life and internet links teaches a lot of flexibility, which I need a lot more in my life. Now, take a moment, reflect on your life. I want you to note the hurdles as bumpy as a middle school growth. And the paths they may seem smooth, you know, they usually are smooth by
will be called grace. Have you taken the time to pause to acknowledge these markers of God's handiwork in your journey? Remember, these milestones, they set the stage of your story's unique narrative, guiding your growth and your spiritual evolution. Now, as we dive deeper into personal growth, you might wonder how to better cultivate these spiritual gardens. I have just a resource for you.

that.com forward slash transformation dash collective. Let's a bit. Let's shift right back. It's like spring cleaning fluid. So, you know, minus the risky, the risky ladder balancing that, you know, you know, so as we continue to, you know, go forward in this episode, I want to remind you to be present. Let's praise God for every moment. Moment.
and use them as signposts directing us toward his purpose for us. So stay tuned, everyone, because up next, we're diving into our final segment, which promises to be another uplifting journey on the Transform U Live Show. That's Transform the Letter U Live Show. But hold on to your tickets because the ride ain't over.
just yet.
Marcus Hart (15:05)
Welcome back, my dear listeners, to the heart of today's journey on the Transform You live show that's transformed the letter you live show, a Marcus Hart. And in our final segment, we're diving deep into the bedrock of leadership, legacy, and living by faith. And what better time to do it than this thrill that's upcoming, the inauguration day events. Yes, Trump will be sworn in. Yes indeed, inauguration day.
a day where handshakes feel like heavyweight title fights and speeches are longer than a church service in July. But beyond the pump and dump stuff that occurs in the circumstances, it lies a symbolic jubilee of leadership, one that echoes into everyday lives. As we gaze upon leaders taking oath, we are reminded of our own
leadership roles, not in grand arenas, I get it, but within the humble circles that we are involved in on a day-to-day basis. Remember, friends, as Matthew 20 and 26 says, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant. And that points us towards service intertwined with faith-filled leadership. And speaking of transformative leaders,
There's a real big one that we want to reflect on. We want to reflect on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. His legacy in itself teaches us about courage and moral leadership in times at demand. And that echoes Proverbs 29, 18, where there is no vision, the people perish. This isn't just theory, it's a call to infuse vision.
and values into our lives on a day-to-day basis. Okay? Now, what about you? How can you lead with faith? Even if it's from the back of the pew or the kitchen table, leadership is a lot less about titles, and I had to get over that myself. And it's more about the righteous principles you encompass. You need to be the beacon of the light.
All right, we need more people who's willing to shine the light that sculptures legacy through love, service, and God driven determination. And hey, maybe your second in command is your cat. And that's leading zigzag processions through the liver room pilgrimage that you may be having. Now, as you ponder your purpose, and I know you are,
Here's an action that you can take that is clearly a nugget for you. I challenge you to listen to an inspiring faith center leadership podcast or devotional this week. Sink into the stories shared by these leaders who walk by faith, not by sight, much like second Corinthians five and seven encourages. And as we journey through leadership and purpose,
Let's not forget life's adventures. Rewards from Southwest remind us to make the most of every wonderful turn via pursuing adventures of healthcare essentials, bonus points. So visit Rapid Rewards at the link that I have in the description and embrace this journey with gratitude. know, we all got a journey. I mean, even Moses had 40 years of travel rewards that was like building up in the desert, right?
So as we bring today's journey to a close, remember this, every leader started with a single decision to impact the world. They wanted to impact the world around them and maybe your faith, God's you, God's your steps and your spirit gases you up and it gases your path as you carve out a legacy resonating with God's will.
Well, my beloved friends, we have journeyed through the stories of hope, of leadership, and deep introspection today. And as we get on our way to wrap up, I want you to remember this. The new shouldn't merely inform us. It has to also transform us. Let's use it as our compass to grow more spiritually, make wiser choices, and share laughter with those around us. Okay?
I mean, seriously though, we would all be better off if cat videos taught our world history. And sermons were delivered using means, right? I mean, right? But in all seriousness though, in a world that often seems chaotic, remember, we are called to be the light. Now, before we part ways and get to the closing, let's touch on a real concern.
the mental health pack of harmful behaviors like stalking. So that's gonna be on the final closing. Don't go anywhere. We'll be right back.
Marcus Hart (20:16)
Now, journey in beyond the surface of wellness, beyond strategic products, and actionable health plans lies in opportunity for deeper connection to ourselves and others. Our memberships and rapid rewards from Southwest remind us to make the most of every situation as we pursue adventures and much needed healthcare essentials. Visit Rapid Rewards to explore your potential for wellness rewards today. I don't know how sent you.
Marcus Hart (20:50)
Okay, so yeah, as I was saying before, we just took that quick pause. We want to touch on something that is really a concern for like the mental health community. You know, and this, this is crazy, man, you know, harmful behaviors like stalking, we might not have the exact story, but it derives from the Indiana Fever star Kathleen Clark.
She experienced some crazy stuff. We might not know how to handle these things, but we do know how serious and damaging such behavior is. And we stand firm against those actions and support those who suffer from them. Ephesians 6 and 11 reminds us to put on the full armor of God, including understanding
and compassion needed to support victims.
